The role
Lead the recruitment, training and ongoing leadership development of our volunteers across Victoria, to enable us to deliver high quality programs and services for communities across Victoria before, during, and after emergencies. This role will also work closely with the Victorian Emergency Services Leadership Team to provide leadership and support across the department.
About you
You will be an adaptable and agile leader, prepared to drive and be part of the change needed to enable us to achieve our Strategy 2020 outcomes for Victorian communities. Your application will demonstrate your experience and success in leading and supporting a team to build volunteer workforce capacity and capability to deliver services for communities.
