The role
Advise Australian Red Cross staff and Red Cross and Red Crescent partners with regard to designing, resourcing, monitoring and evaluating change processes that improve the Society's overall relevance, performance and impact on the lives of vulnerable people. Facilitate links with other thematic areas inclusive of Health, Disaster Risk Management and Protection Gender and Inclusion and other teams such as Strategy and Influence and International Deployments.
About you
You have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining complex relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders, and proven experience in facilitating outcomes. You will have a high level of technical and operational skills and demonstrated experience in organisational change and institutional strengthening processes in international contexts, including in areas of financial sustainability; financial, human resource and IT management; program monitoring, evaluation and reporting, strategy formulation and cross thematic awareness and sensitivities.
